As part of its internal engagement activities, Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (Stavian Industrial Metal) held its 2026 Summer Trip on August 22–23, 2026, at Hai Tien Beach in Thanh Hoa Province. Under the theme “Riding the Green Waves – Beyond the Horizon”, the program was not only an opportunity for employees to recharge and strengthen connections after their continued efforts at work, but also a space to reflect on the values being nurtured at Stavian Industrial Metal: a connected team, a culture that values initiative, and a shared readiness to embark on greater journeys ahead.
Strengthening Connections – Unleashing the Power of Teamwork
On the first day of Summer Trip 2026, Stavian Industrial Metal employees came together to create a memorable collective moment on Hai Tien Beach. Beyond expressing a sense of pride and team spirit, the moment reflected an important aspect of the Company’s culture: each individual has a unique role to play, but when everyone moves forward with a shared purpose, those differences become a collective strength that builds a united and resilient team.
Spreading Corporate Culture and Recognizing Outstanding Contributions
Alongside team-building activities, the spirit of Stavian Industrial Metal’s corporate culture continued to shine throughout the “Riding the Green Waves – Beyond the Horizon” Gala Dinner. One of the highlights was the “Green Imprints” ceremony, where the fingerprints of employees came together to form the image of a tree canopy – symbolizing each individual’s commitment to contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.
Building on this image, the message of each individual’s role in shaping the future was further conveyed through the film “Where Tomorrow Begins,” offering a perspective on a future shaped by the choices, actions, and contributions that each member makes today.
During the Gala Dinner, the Appointment Ceremony for Key Personnel and the Recognition of Outstanding Individuals for Q1 and Q2 2026 were held in a meaningful setting. The occasion provided an opportunity for Stavian Industrial Metal to recognize outstanding contributions while entrusting its people with new responsibilities as the Company enters its next stage of development.
The evening continued with a variety of performances by employees, the “One Cultural Rhythm – One Family” activity, and the Team Building award ceremony, creating a warm and open atmosphere after a day filled with memorable experiences.
On the morning of August 23, the journey continued with the Pickleball Tournament, an exciting sporting activity that brought employees together in a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere. After two days of shared experiences, the trip left employees with renewed energy, stronger connections, and a deeper understanding of one another.
These experiences contributed to strengthening the foundation of culture and people – a core element that continues to accompany Stavian Industrial Metal on its development journey.
