• One of the founding shareholders, Mr. David Nguyen currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Group. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of A Chau Plastic Company (2002 - 2009) and a key personnel at VINAMOTOR (2002 - 2008).
• With over 20 years of experience in business, management, and operations in industries such as Plastics, Sulfur, Logistics, and more, Mr. David Nguyen has worked with large-scale enterprises. Companies under his leadership, including Stavian Group and Stavian Chemical, have consistently achieved impressive business results, receiving recognition and high rankings from reputable international organizations. His exceptional leadership skills have been repeatedly acknowledged through important awards from the Government, Ministries, and National Agencies.

• He holds an MBA degree from the International Business University of Scandinavia.

• With over 17 years of senior management experience in the plastics and industrial metals industries across both domestic and international markets, Mr. Justin Nguyen demonstrates strong capabilities in developing growth strategies, executing business operations and leading large-scale multinational projects.
• A responsible and forward-thinking executive, he is recognized for his sharp business insight and readiness to embrace challenges to expand market presence and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.
• Mr. Justin Nguyen earned his Executive MBA from the University of Hawai‘i and is currently based in Houston, USA.

Deputy General Director

• With more than 21 years of experience in finance and banking, management, and business operations, Mr. Adward Khong has held various management and executive positions at banks, financial institutions, enterprises, and large-scale business organizations. Over more than two decades of management and leadership experience, he has developed a broad strategic perspective and the ability to guide major business decisions based on a balanced approach to growth, operational efficiency, and risk management.
• At Stavian Industrial Metal, he oversees the Steel Business, Project Business, and Processing operations, contributing to the Company’s business direction, the development of strategic solutions, and the enhancement of its competitive capabilities.
• He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the National Economics University.

Deputy General Director

• With over 16 years of extensive experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, Mrs. Flora Nguyen has held several key leadership positions such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Accountant at large-scale, multi-sector corporations operating across healthcare, construction, trade, manufacturing, import-export, and logistics industries.
• Since joining Stavian Group from its early days of establishment and development, Mrs. Flora Nguyen has taken on various senior management roles and made significant contributions that have been recognized through numerous prestigious internal awards of the Group.
• She is an expert in corporate financial analysis, comprehensive financial strategy planning, risk control, and systematic financial management, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and sustainable growth for the organization.

Chief Finance Officer 

• With 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Ms. Naomi Nguyen has held various professional and management positions at enterprises operating in construction and installation, trading, real estate, manufacturing, and import and export, including Chief Accountant, Head of Finance, and Financial Controller.
• She has extensive expertise in financial analysis and management, capital raising, cash flow management, cost control, financial control system development, and risk management. She also has experience working with domestic and international credit institutions, participating in financial strategy development, and improving capital efficiency to support business operations.
• She holds a solid academic background in Accounting and Auditing from the Academy of Finance, along with professional certifications in Chief Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Import and Export.

Chief Strategy Officer 

• Mrs. Johanna Vu has over 15 years of extensive experience in key management roles across strategic and business development, supply chain management, finance, investment, ESG, and sustainability. She has contributed significantly to enhancing business growth and competitiveness for enterprises.
• As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the company, Mrs. Johanna Vu is responsible for corporate strategic development, business model design and implementation, strategic partnership development, green transition, and ESG investment. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s sustainable growth vision.
• She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sweden, completed the Global Management Program on Green Transition funded by the Swedish Institute, and the ESG Investment Program organized by the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
