Stavian Group and Amaccao Group sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On March 25, 2024, Stavian Group and Amaccao Group signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu – Vice Chairman of the Stavian Group’s Board of Directors, and Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh – General Director of Amaccao Group, as representatives.

The signing ceremony marks a new milestone in the collaboration between the two parties, aiming for comprehensive and practical cooperation in various potential areas, including but not limited to:

1 – Amaccao Group’s construction of industrial factory projects and logistics services for Stavian Group and Stavian Group’s partner ecosystem;

2 – Joint investment in industrial parks, energy projects and other infrastructure;

3 – Stavian Group’s supply of construction steel products to Amaccao;

4 – Stavian Group’s supply of plastic and petrochemical products to Amaccao;

5 – Stavian Group’s export of Amaccao Group’s construction materials (concrete components, electrical equipment, lighting poles, plastic pipes, fire doors, etc.) to Stavian Group’s international partner ecosystem;

6 – Amaccao Group’s supply of construction materials (concrete components, electrical equipment, lighting poles, plastic pipes, fire doors, etc.) to Stavian’s projects and domestic customer ecosystem;

7 – Amaccao Group’s preference for using OPL Logistics services.

According to the cooperation agreement, Stavian Group will prioritize facilitating connections, introductions and appointments for Amaccao Group to participate as construction contractors and suppliers of building materials on the basis of fair competition in terms of price and quality. Additionally, Stavian Group will explore expanding investment cooperation with Amaccao Group in ongoing projects such as industrial parks, energy and other infrastructure projects.

Furthermore, for projects and construction contracts where Amaccao Group has the opportunity to participate as a contractor, Amaccao Group will prioritize using plastic granules, steel and metal products provided by Stavian Group on the basis of fair competition in terms of price and quality. Both parties also express their desire to jointly seek opportunities for exporting products, contributing value to the customer ecosystems of each party.

The signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Stavian Group and Amaccao Group is an opportunity for both enterprises to enhance their capabilities and experiences, leverage their strengths and pave the way to conquer new customers and markets.
