Stavian Group and Amaccao Group sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement

On March 25, 2024, Stavian Group and Amaccao Group signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement, represented by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu, Vice Chairman of Stavian Group, and Mr. Nguyen Van Vinh, General Director of Amaccao Group.

The signing ceremony marks a new development phase in the cooperation between the two parties, aiming at comprehensive development and practical collaboration. This includes but is not limited to potential fields such as: construction of industrial factory projects, plants, and logistics services; joint investment in industrial park projects, energy, and other infrastructure types; provision of construction steel products, plastic and petrochemical products; and export of raw materials and construction supplies.

According to the cooperation agreement, Stavian Group will prioritize supporting connections, introductions, and designations for Amaccao Group to participate as a construction contractor and supplier of building materials based on fair competition in terms of price and quality. Additionally, Stavian Group will explore expanding investment cooperation with Amaccao Group into ongoing projects such as industrial zones, energy projects, and other infrastructure projects.

Moreover, for projects and construction contracts where Amaccao Group has the opportunity to participate as a contractor, Amaccao Group will prioritize using plastic resin, steel, and metal products supplied by Stavian Group on the basis of fair competition in terms of price and quality. Both parties also expressed a desire to jointly seek cooperation opportunities for product export, contributing value to each other’s customer ecosystems.

The signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Stavian Group and Amaccao Group is an opportunity for both companies to continue enhancing their capabilities and experience, leveraging their strengths, and setting the stage for conquering new customers and markets.
