STAVIAN INDUSTRIAL METAL SIGNS COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH FECON

On December 27, 2023, Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (Stavian Industrial Metal), a member of the Stavian Group, and FECON Joint Stock Company (FECON Group) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on business cooperation. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu, Vice Chairman of the Stavian Group and Chairman of Stavian Industrial Metal, Mr. Pham Viet Khoa, Chairman of the FECON Group and representatives from the leadership of both companies.

This agreement marks a significant beginning, aiming for comprehensive cooperation and development in various sectors, including investment, construction, supply of raw materials, logistics services, finance, and other related fields of the two companies.

According to the agreement, Stavian Industrial Metal will prioritize facilitating connections for FECON with construction projects invested by the Stavian Group or its partners, ensuring fair competition in terms of pricing and quality. Additionally, Stavian Industrial Metal will assist in promoting collaboration between FECON and the Stavian Group for the development of industrial zones, logistic centers, and other infrastructure projects.

In projects and construction contracts where FECON acts as a contractor, they will give preference to using iron and steel products distributed by Stavian Industrial Metal, based on fair competition in terms of pricing and quality. Both parties express their willingness to explore opportunities for cross-selling their products and contribute value to each other’s customer ecosystems.

This cooperative agreement is expected to enhance competitiveness and unlock new potential for the business and investment development of both companies. It also provides an opportunity for mutual learning, improvement of capabilities and experiences, leveraging each other’s strengths to establish a foundation for conquering new customers and markets.
