STAVIAN INDUSTRIAL METAL ORGANIZES THE “WINGS OF LOVE” CHARITY PROGRAM

On August 3rd, 2024, the Board of Directors (BODs) and employees of Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (abbrev. “Stavian Industrial Metal”) organized the charity program “Wings of Love” for disadvantaged students with disabilities of volunteer class at Huong Lan Pagoda, Chuong My district, Hanoi City.

Thanks to the love and dedication of teacher Le Thi Hoa and the support of the abbot of the pagoda – monk Thich Dam Tien, the volunteer class at Huong Lan Pagoda was established in 2007. To this day, the class is sustained by the financial contributions of the teachers themselves. Currently, it educates 60 disadvantaged students aged 6 to 32 from difficult backgrounds. Despite not being given the choice to be born as healthy as their peers, these students have chosen to rise above their circumstances, striving for knowledge with the unwavering support of their families and teachers.

Stavian Industrial Metal has sponsored the renovation of the classroom’s lighting system and donated new educational tools to provide the best possible learning conditions and inspire these students to overcome their hardships. Additionally, the company joined hands to organize the Opening Ceremony for the 2024–2025 school year for the students and teachers of the class.

At the ceremony, the BODs and employees of Stavian Industrial Metal also personally presented meaningful gifts, including uniforms, notebooks, school supplies, toys, and sweets, all donated by the company’s staff.

With the philosophy of “Striving to fulfill our commitment to social responsibility, contributing to the sustainable development of the community alongside business activities,” Stavian Industrial Metal hopes that the company’s sincere gestures and practical gifts will inspire other individuals and organizations to join hands in supporting teachers on their journey of nurturing education. At the same time, we hope to partly alleviate students’ hardships, providing them with better learning conditions as they overcome challenges and reach for their dreams./.
