From protecting against corrosion for structures to flexibility in design, these sheets are shining like a star in the modern industrial landscape. Join Stavian Industrial Metal as we explore the aluminum-zinc alloy-coated sheets and their practical applications in the following article.
Aluminum-zinc alloy-coated steel is a material that plays an indispensable role in many fields of construction and industry
Aluminum-zinc alloy-coated sheets are a type of rolled steel covered with two surface layers of an alloy consisting of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, through a continuous hot-dip coating process controlled by the NOF furnace temperature to ensure appropriate mechanical properties for various applications.
SSSC aluminum-zinc alloy-coated sheets are produced according to technological standards on continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines (using Tenova’s modern NOF furnace technology from Italy), offering high corrosion resistance in natural environments. The surface of the SSSC cold-rolled product is smooth and shiny, suitable for applications such as roofing panels, crafts, and many other uses. This product meets industry standards such as Japanese standard JIS G3321 and American standard ASTM A792/A792M.
