The Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic cooperation Signing ceremony between Stavian Industrial Metal and LMAT Co.,LMT

On May 10, 2024, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation between Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company (Stavian Industrial Metal) and LMAT Co.,LMT was successfully held with the participation of senior representatives from both sides.

Founded in 2003, LMAT Co.,LMT is headquartered in South Korea and operates three aluminum manufacturing plants (two in South Korea and one in Binh Duong Province, Vietnam). With advanced manufacturing technology, LMAT Co.,LMT specializes in producing, processing, and supplying components and parts for the automotive, electric vehicle, shipbuilding, and aerospace industries. With over 20 years of operational experience, LMAT Co.,LMT is a trusted partner of many leading automotive brands, including Hyundai, BMW, KIA, Toyota, and Tesla.

The signing ceremony marks a significant step in building the relationship between the two companies and enhances their competitive capabilities, providing more excellent value to customers and society while aiming for sustainable development. According to the agreement, Stavian Industrial Metal and LMAT Co.,LMT will collaborate in various ways and fields, such as supplying input materials, ensuring output consumption, jointly researching and investing in new projects, and expanding LMAT Co.,LMT’s production projects in Vietnam, particularly the recycled Aluminum Ingot manufacturing plant project. Both parties will strive to explore other potential cooperation opportunities, including but not limited to products in petrochemicals and chemicals, industrial metal, green energy, logistics, and other products/services (if any).
