On October 16, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, Stavian Industrial Metal Joint Stock Company and Dai Dung Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership between two of Vietnam’s leading enterprises in the fields of industrial metal and steel structure.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate comprehensively in several key areas, including steel structure and mechanical engineering solutions, renewable energy and industrial infrastructure development, financial–commercial collaboration and metal material supply chain cooperation. Both sides will jointly participate in strategic domestic and international projects, aiming to advance green, modern and integrated industrial development.

Under the partnership, both parties will cooperate closely on the principles of transparency and efficiency in the design, construction and development of factories, warehouses and industrial infrastructure across Stavian Group’s 5,000-hectare industrial zones. Stavian Industrial Metal will serve as a priority supplier of metal materials including steel, aluminum, copper and zinc for projects where Dai Dung Group acts as general contractor or joint venture partner. Conversely, Dai Dung Group will provide technical, design, fabrication and construction solutions for projects within Stavian Group’s ecosystem. Both sides also agreed to jointly research and develop green steel and steel structure products for eco-friendly construction projects, contributing to Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 commitment, while promoting investment, trade and technology transfer in industrial, infrastructure and energy sectors.
