Job Description

• Plan, execute, control, and adjust business and marketing strategies for various industrial metal products to ensure profitability, revenue, and competitive advantage in the industry.
• Develop and implement business plans, taking responsibility for business outcomes before the Board of Directors.
• Propose action plans and implement them to develop customers and increase company revenue.
• Identify potential markets, assess competitors, and provide solutions to the Leadership Board.
• Coordinate with the Supply department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Recruit, train, guide, and develop the management team and sales staff.
• Establish processes and regulations for business operations (customer service, complaint handling, etc.).
• Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors within the scope of work.

Job Requirements

Skills required for the position:

• Male, aged 35 – 45.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the position of Business Director.
• Time management skills.
• Strategic planning and planning skills.
• Management, leadership, and employee management skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Quick and decisive problem-solving skills.

Professional skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in commerce, business administration, import-export.
