Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Plan, control, and adjust business and marketing strategies for the company’s industrial metal materials to ensure profitability, revenue, and competitive advantage.
  • Market Monitoring: Continuously track and update market fluctuations in the industrial metals sector to promptly report market information to the Board of Directors (BoD) for effective business decisions.
  • Execution: Develop, organize, and implement business plans, and be accountable to the BoD for business results. Set KPI targets for the business unit, support and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned KPIs.
  • Action Plans: Propose and implement action plans to develop customers and increase revenue.
  • Market Analysis: Identify potential markets, evaluate competitors, and provide solutions to the BoD for new products.
  • Coordination: Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely and accurate product availability for sales.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, guide, and develop the management team and sales staff.
  • Representation: Maintain personal credibility in the market to represent the company in negotiations with partners and customers, especially in the steel or industrial metal materials sector.
  • Process Development: Develop processes and regulations for business operations (customer service, handling customer complaints, etc.).
  • Additional Tasks: Perform other tasks as requested by the Chairman of the Board within the scope of assigned work.

Job Requirements


  • Gender/Age: Male, 35 – 45 years old.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Director of Sales position in the steel and industrial metal materials sector.
  • Skills:
    – Time management
    – Strategic planning and organizational planning
    – Management, leadership, and employee supervision
    – Effective communication and negotiation with customers
    – Quick, decisive problem-solving
  • Mobility: Ability to travel for work, handle high work intensity, and engage with clients.

Professional competence:

  • Education: University/Graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce, Business Administration.
  • Language: Proficient in English.
