Job Description:

• Develop and expand supplier systems both domestically and internationally in the Logistics sector
• Proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and evaluating new suppliers
• Knowledgeable in Import-Export trade, understanding Incoterms to secure company interests in transactions
• Market-savvy with experience in international logistics, bulk shipping, domestic transport, and port procedures
• Ability to analyze and compare costs, providing innovative solutions to optimize transportation expenses
• Manage and archive import-export documents, conduct transactions, negotiate and finalize contracts with customers and suppliers
• Oversee import-export documentation processes, including purchase contracts, shipping and customs documents, payment processes, cargo handling procedures, declarations, and port interactions
• Coordinate with other departments to address any arising issues (if any)
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Head

Job Requirements:

Qualification/Expertise:

• Graduated from university/ postgraduate specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade, Commerce
• Fluent in Chinese (required)
• Ability to speak fluent foreign languages ​​(Chinese)
• Work experience in equivalent positions for 2 years or more. Candidates with experience in the industrial metal trading sector (Steel/Aluminum…) are preferred
