• One of the founding shareholders, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tu currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Stavian Group. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of A Chau Plastic Company (2002 - 2009) and a key personnel at VINAMOTOR (2002 - 2008).
• With over 20 years of experience in business, management, and operations in industries such as Plastics, Sulfur, Logistics, and more, Mr. Tu has worked with large-scale enterprises. Companies under his leadership, including Stavian Group and Stavian Chemical, have consistently achieved impressive business results, receiving recognition and high rankings from reputable international organizations. His exceptional leadership skills have been repeatedly acknowledged through important awards from the Government, Ministries, and National Agencies.
• Mr. Tu has a broad and strong professional network in various fields including Trade, Finance, Banking, Construction Materials, Real Estate, M&A, and more.
• He holds an MBA degree from the International Business University of Scandinavia.

Chief Executive Officer

• With over 16 years of senior management experience in the polymers and industrial metals industries across both domestic and international markets, Mr. Justin Nguyen demonstrates strong capabilities in developing growth strategies, executing business operations and leading large-scale multinational projects.
• A responsible and forward-thinking executive, he is recognized for his sharp business insight and readiness to embrace challenges to expand market presence and contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.
• Mr. Justin Nguyen earned his Executive MBA from the University of Hawai‘i and is currently based in Houston, USA.

Deputy General Director

• Mr. Mai Mau Thanh has over 15 years of experience in Design Consulting, Construction and Project Management, particularly in Industrial and Residential Real Estate Projects.
• He is an expert consultant and advisor in market trend analysis and product structuring for various Real estate - Construction projects, gaining him extensive experience in the domestic and international trade of industrial metal materials.
• Mr. Thanh graduated from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering.

Deputy General Director

• With over 15 years of extensive experience in the Finance – Accounting field, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Lệ Hoa has held numerous key positions such as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant at large-scale, multi-sector enterprises operating in healthcare, construction, commerce, manufacturing, import-export and logistics.
• Joining Stavian Group since its early days of formation and development, Ms. Lệ Hoa has held several key managerial roles and made outstanding contributions, which have been recognized with numerous prestigious internal awards.
• She is an expert in corporate financial analysis, comprehensive financial strategy planning, risk management and effectively overseeing financial governance operations in a structured and professional manner.

Director of Human Resources

• Mrs. Doan Thi Trang has over 12 years of experience in the Human Resources and Administration field and is a senior-level administrator in Human Resources and Administration at enterprises in the real estate and construction materials sectors.
• She is an expert in building and implementing short-term and long-term human resource strategies, creating a corporate culture, fostering a humane work environment, attracting, recruiting, training, and developing teams.
• The positions held by Ms. Trang as Director of Human Resources at various organizations have all contributed to their establishment of unique and distinctive corporate cultures.
• She graduated from the National Economics University.
