He is an expert consultant and advisor in market trend analysis and product structuring for various Real estate - Construction projects, gaining him extensive experience in the domestic and international trade of industrial metal materials.

Since joining Stavian Group from its early days of establishment and development, Mrs. Flora Nguyen has taken on various senior management roles and made significant contributions that have been recognized through numerous prestigious internal awards of the Group.
She is an expert in corporate financial analysis, comprehensive financial strategy planning, risk control, and systematic financial management, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and sustainable growth for the organization.

Mrs. Johanna Vu has over 15 years of extensive experience in key management roles across strategic and business development, supply chain management, finance, investment, ESG, and sustainability. She has contributed significantly to enhancing business growth and competitiveness for enterprises.
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of the company, Mrs. Johanna Vu is responsible for corporate strategic development, business model design and implementation, strategic partnership development, green transition, and ESG investment. She plays a key role in shaping the company’s sustainable growth vision.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Sweden, completed the Global Management Program on Green Transition funded by the Swedish Institute, and the ESG Investment Program organized by the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).
